Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Senior Data Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of data, analytics, and AI programs across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains.This role requires expertise in architecting end-to-end data platforms, building scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms, and integrating pharma datasets. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery for pharma clients.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.At least 5 years of experience working in the Biotech/Pharma Industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units.Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including AWS and Azure.Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns.Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modelling skills.Experience integrating pharma datasets & systems.Experience/good understanding of BI & reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.Understanding of regulated data environments.Proven experience leading multi-phase or multi-team delivery.BenefitsThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contribute to the development of reusable assets and frameworks, and enhance their knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI.OthersGood-to-Have Skills include experience with GenAI, ML pipelines, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector DBs, as well as Master Data Management (MDM) experience and cloud/data certifications.
