  • Experience in Help Desk & L1 suppport operation (Ticket triaging & coordination with stakeholders)

Pharma Domain experience

Good-to-Have

  • ITIL
  • Basic HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL
  • Good Communication & stakeholder Management skills
  • Eagerness to pick-up new technologies
  • Using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow
