In this role, you will lead efforts to deliver product features for setup and site management modules. You are also required to be hands-on.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of product features.Mentor and guide team members and strive for continuous improvementEstablish and track key metrics to measure improvements in engineering efficiency.Develop features whenever needed as an individual contributorAnalyze the tasks and come up with reasonable timelines to deliver features on time.Understand customer needs and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and deliver a delightful user experienceRequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.9+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions with 2+ years as a lead.Technical Skills:Backend: Hands-on experience in Core Java, MySQL/PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL and RESTful APIs.Frontend: Hands-on experience in Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS.Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and DevOps practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience in leading and mentoring a team of developersExperience working in fast-paced, agile environments.Actively using AI for your work (Coding copilots, etc..)
