Job Position: Associate – Procurement ServicesLocation: Plot 8A, RMZ Centennial, Kundalahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:The Associate will support data-driven decision-making in procurement operations by generating and analyzing reports, cleaning and preparing data, and identifying trends. This role focuses on ensuring alignment of supply and demand metrics, while providing actionable insights to drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Operations ExecutionExecute procurement operations with a focus on reporting and analysis.Report Creation & ManagementGenerate recurring reports on KPIs and operational performance.Develop ad-hoc reports for business-specific needs.Maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for timely, accurate updates.Data Cleaning & PreparationEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.Transform raw data into actionable insights.Data Analysis & Trend IdentificationPerform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.Provide actionable recommendations for business improvements.Supply-Demand Match ReportingAnalyze supply-demand alignment for optimal resource allocation.Develop and maintain forecasting models.Identify gaps and suggest corrective actions.CollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting needs.Serve as a point of contact for reporting-related queries.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 4–6+ years in data analysis, reporting, or analytics in dynamic environments.Technical Skills:Data visualization tools: Power BI, TableauAdvanced Excel functionsData manipulation & cleaning: SQL, Python, RKnowledge of supply chain, inventory management, or demand forecasting is a plus.Strong analytical & critical thinking skills to turn complex data into insights.Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.If you meet the qualifications and are seeking a dynamic opportunity in procurement with global exposure, we encourage you to share your updated resume with us at Siddharth.Sankpal@wns.com & Siddhi.Chavan@wns.com.Please use "Reporting - Procurement Services" as the subject line of your email.Please note: Communication via email only; no calls or WhatsApp.
