Admissions Outreach Specialist

Job RoleThis position is a key member of the admissions team, responsible for fostering relationships with pre-schools, day cares and education centers. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, able to effectively represent the school in various settings.Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish partnerships with pre-schools, day cares and education centers through regular visits and meetings.Develop and maintain strong relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors and coordinators to drive referrals and admissions growth.Identify new channels and networks to support admissions growth, including executing on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees and community outreach events.Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairs, promoting the school's brand and values.Supporting RolesGenerate leads through outreach efforts and convert them into school enquiries.Assist the admissions counsellor in follow-ups, conversions and parent engagement.Coordinate with internal teams to share updates on leads, visits and tie-up opportunities.Provide administrative support for admissions-related tasks.Key Performance IndicatorsMaintain accurate records of outreach visits, tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics and feedback.Develop and submit timely reports on outreach activities and performance metrics.Contribute to the development of strategies to improve admissions growth and process efficiency.
