NetSuite Accounting SpecialistWe're seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Accounting Specialist to manage our financial data and ensure accurate, timely financial close. This is a key role in maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes and providing insights for business decision-making.This individual will be responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales.This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial software, particularly Netsuite.Key Responsibilities:Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly bank statements against general ledger accounts.Process and post adjusting journal entries as needed.Review and analyze account balances to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely financial close.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient payment processing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
