Position Overview: 


We are seeking a motivated and talented Biomedical Graduate Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month internship program. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the biomedical industry while working on impactful projects. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in physics, science, and medical devices, along with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape within the biomedical industry. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives to expand our company's market presence and reach. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and R&D to support business development efforts and ensure alignment with company goals. 
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings and presentations. 
  • Support the identification and evaluation of partnership opportunities, including collaborations, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, including client interactions, meetings, and progress reports. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the biomedical field. 
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the business development team or management. 

 

 Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in business development, entrepreneurship, and the biomedical industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to inform business decisions. 
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business development tools and platforms is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Prior experience or coursework in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not required.
