Job Title: Senior Manager ProcurementThe Senior Manager Procurement plays a critical role in leading the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device distribution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire procurement process from purchase order to payment, ensuring compliance and approvals at each stage.Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and RFQ processes to secure favorable terms.Manage and mentor the procurement team, delegating tasks and tracking performance via regular reports.Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely GRN processing and discrepancy resolution.Ensure accurate documentation, system updates (SAP), and portal uploads (ECCI).Qualifications & Skills:8+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain management, preferably in medical devices.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and procurement portals.Strong leadership, negotiation, and process management skills.High integrity and attention to detail.Performance Metrics:Procurement cycle timeCost savingsReport timelinessCompliance adherence
