We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer candidate with experience in Java, Python, Cloud Applications, Database, AI/ML and Kubernetes to join our team in Bangalore

You will report to the Director Development.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and prototypes to support new initiatives from inception.
  • Develop new features & enhancements.
  • Collaborate, and develop programming environment with peer engineers, and architects spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end components and features.
  • Gather and interpret broad requirement specifications from Architects/Product Management that are not yet defined.
  • Produce techno-functional specs and designs based on high-level requirements.
  • Estimate efforts, identify risks, and meet project schedules.
  • Be an amazing performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a fast-growing distributed workplace.
  • Work in an Agile software development team delivering product and feature increments in short iterations.


What We'd Like to See


  • Experience cloud-native development and deployment processes.
  • Experience in AI/ML.
  • Experience in GIT, SVN, and database concepts like SQL/NOSQL.
  • Experience with Kubernetes stack.
  • 8+ years of experience developing enterprise software products using Java technologies.
  • Excellent coding and design skills in Java server-side technologies, object-oriented concepts, and Java open-source frameworks are mandatory.
  • Experience with Eclipse, Maven, Linux, and Tomcat is mandatory.
  • Experience with database concepts, and SQL programming is mandatory.


Role Essentials

  • Outstanding problem solving abilities and should be a quick learner.
  • Familiarity with the Agile development process.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
