AI/ML Developer OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled AI/ML developer to join our organization. This role involves designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.Develop intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services.Create custom AI-powered automation solutions including Einstein Bots and bespoke chatbots for sales and service processes.Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI/ML model accuracy, performance, and user experience through continuous feedback loops.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce + AI/ML Development: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Generative AI & Intelligent Automation: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for contextual understanding inside Salesforce workflows.Salesforce Platform Engineering: Extend Salesforce functionality with Apex (Triggers/Classes), LWC, Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, web services, and Apex APIs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5–7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Azure/AWS AI services.Knowledge of MLOps practices for monitoring, versioning, and deployment.Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance for customer data.
