Business Executive RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Head to lead our food business expansion in India. This high-profile position involves overseeing the launch and daily operations of 200 diverse cafeterias across the country.Main responsibilities include:Conducting thorough market research to identify prime locations for new cafeteriasNegotiating with site owners to secure ideal premisesCoordinating the design and setup of each cafeteria or kiosk, ensuring it meets our brand standardsPurchasing necessary equipment and raw materials within budget constraintsYou will also be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth cafeteria/kiosk operations, recruiting and training staff, and implementing quality control measures to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.In addition, you will prepare detailed budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses, monitor and control setup costs, and track daily sales, expenses, and profitability.This critical role also involves leading and motivating a team, serving as a key point of contact between corporate management and vendors/location owners, conducting regular performance reviews, and maintaining accurate records of licenses and establishment documentation.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, coupled with 15-20 years of experience in similar food businesses. They should also demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety regulations and project management principles.A successful candidate should exhibit excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, be able to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
