An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

● 3+ years of professional experience in inventory planning in an e-commerce setup

● MBA preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain

● Ability to manage a team of 5-10 team members responsible for raising purchase orders and brand coordination

● Strong proficiency in analytics - excel / may be SQL.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation

● Strong business and Financial acumen to convert a number analysis into a business story. Build strong business/data models by going in depth.

● Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders in a fast moving operational environment while creating a culture of data based decision making

● Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals

● Handle stressful situations, maintain composure, and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
