Position: Senior HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, North- West Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The HR Executive plays a critical role in managing and supporting the HR functions of the organization. This role is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a thorough understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Selection Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in line with the company’s hiring needs.
Post job openings on various platforms and source candidates through multiple channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
Assist in evaluating candidates and preparing job offers.
Coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and reference verification.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding Organize and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Prepare and manage onboarding documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and new hire paperwork.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a well-prepared workspace and tools for new hires.
Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, paperwork, and feedback collection.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions and issues, promoting a positive work environment.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances with confidentiality and fairness.
Implement and monitor employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities and workshops.
Conduct surveys to gather employee feedback and suggest improvements in workplace culture.
4. Office Administration Taking care of Office Administration as per the organizational needs
Coordinating with Admin Staff to meet the standards
5. Compliances Assist in preparing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR metrics and reports, such as employee attendance, turnover, and headcount.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Key Competencies: Empathy and Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with care and respect for employee confidentiality.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling a range of HR tasks.
Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proactive: Able to anticipate HR needs and take initiative to resolve issues.
Working Conditions:
The HR Executive will work from the office. This role may require handling confidential and sensitive information and managing multiple HR projects simultaneously.
