This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in cutting-edge technologies like large-scale Transformer-based models and multimodal datasets.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence; Master's or PhD preferred.At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.Expertise in large-scale model development, deployment, and maintenance using cloud microservices (AWS).Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, along with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.Define the AI vision and technical direction for the Generative AI team.Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions.Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, driving groundbreaking advancements in generative AI and its applications.
