OverviewFinancial Planning and Analysis ProfessionalThis position is responsible for assisting the Director, FP&A in conducting detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins.Detailed variance analysis will be conducted on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis.The candidate will assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership.Data will be analyzed to highlight actionable insights that support strategic financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve financial reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Create reporting dashboards using PowerBI to visualize performance and facilitate decision-making.Aid in the creation and management of the annual budget to ensure alignment with company goals.Requirements3-5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably with experience in detailed variance analysis.Relevant college degree and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Highly proficient Excel user with ability to work with large datasets.Experience with NetSuite/Odoo a plus.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a dynamic team to drive business growth and success.Possible opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.A collaborative work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
