The ideal candidates will come with a strong contracting background, proven experience managing multiple high-value projects, and deep knowledge of construction execution, budgeting, team leadership, and quality control. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on technically challenging and high-budget assignments.______________Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.Prepare and manage detailed project execution plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, structural consultants, and third-party contractors.Site & Execution ManagementOversee daily operations at the construction site and ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory norms.Monitor and track project milestones, proactively addressing delays or execution challenges.Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and followed throughout the project lifecycle.Team & Resource ManagementLead and supervise construction teams including project manager, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Allocate responsibilities, ensure manpower and material availability, and provide on-ground technical guidance.Evaluate team performance regularly, offering direction, training, and performance feedback.______________Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience: 1520 years in a contracting firm.Project Exposure: Experience managing multiple projects (min 3 major construction projects) worth 100 Cr or more.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, regulatory codes, and safety standards.Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse on-site teams with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Project Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or other ERP tools used in construction management.______________Preferred Candidate ProfileLocal Kannada-speaking candidates will be preferred for better communication with on-ground teams.Candidates from general contracting firms with experience across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.If you want to apply share your resume on recruiter.13@futuresandcareers.com and whatsapp your resume on 9305526637 and must call on this no.after sharing your resumeRegards,Sunita 9305526637Sr. Talent acquisition managerFuture and careers consultants
