Location: Kolkata | Work Mode: Remote (US Shift)

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Blue Yonder WMS (DLx, Discrete) and related modules.
• Develop and troubleshoot customizations using MOCA/Lextedit; optimize workflows, screens, and async processes.
• Integrate BY with ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and middleware via APIs, EDI, MQ.
• Build/optimize SQL & Snowflake workflows; automate tasks with Python/Shell.
• Manage deployments on Azure, monitor system performance, and support upgrades/patches.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and ensure best practices in supply chain operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Blue Yonder (JDA RedPrairie) WMS implementation & support.
• Strong expertise in MOCA, Lextedit, workflows, and screen configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle; Snowflake preferred.
• Experience with APIs, EDI, and integration tools (MuleSoft/Boomi/Kafka is a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud environments (Azure).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
