Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and experience with modern backend frameworks and databases. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Java 8.
- Implement and manage microservices architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Utilize the Spring Boot framework and modules to streamline backend processes.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different system components.
- Work with data management systems, with a preference for experience in both MongoDB and SQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Expertise:
- Java 8: Must have
- Spring Boot framework and modules: Must have
- Microservices: Must have
- RESTful API development and Integration: Must have
- Data (Mongo, SQL) preferably both: Must have
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend development and systems integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
