Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated digital marketing project coordinator to work directly with our founder and manage daily workflows across multiple client projects.Coordinate tasks, handle client communication, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.Conduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updates.Maintain professionalism and ensure clear, timely communication.Document requirements and align internal teams accordingly.Project Coordination & Workflow Management:Manage daily digital marketing workflows and internal tasks.Assign tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are met.Follow up actively to maintain smooth execution.Track deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentation.Maintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reports.GMB & SEO Support Tasks:Coordinate updates on Google Business Profiles.Assist with keyword research, on-page tasks, and content inputs.Manage GMB posting schedules and review responses.Review deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clients.Ensure the work follows Google's guidelines and best practices.Requirements6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field.Mandatory: Experience dealing with US or Canada-based clients.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Basic working understanding of Google My Business and SEO fundamentals.Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.Comfortable working flexible hours.BenefitsA competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
