Lead AI Developer PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Developer to spearhead the design and delivery of Large Language Model (LLM) Document AI solutions from start to finish. This role demands technical leadership and hands-on expertise in leading teams of AI engineers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end AI features, encompassing requirement understanding, solution design, development, deployment, and monitoring.Build robust LLM/RAG-based solutions using vector databases for search, extraction, and summarization over documents.Design and deploy scalable Document AI models/pipelines for OCR post-processing, entity/key-value extraction, classification, and layout/table understanding using Python, Docker, and CI/CD.Mentor junior ML engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.Requirements:6-10 years of total experience, including 4+ years in AI/DL/NLP production environments.Proven track record of taking AI solutions from Proof-of-Concept to production-ready implementation.Technical Skills:Expertise in Python, data structures, algorithms, and clean code practices.Familiarity with AI/NLP/LLMs – classification, named entity recognition, document understanding, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Hugging Face/LangChain/LlamaIndex/spaCy.
