We’re scaling rapidly with customers and ecosystem partners across IndiaRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Reconciliation Analyst to support reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing large volumes of financial dataKey Responsibilities• Reconciliation of AR and AP accounts, analyze discrepancies related to vendor invoices, payments, CN/DN, returns etc• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reconciliation.• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve user experience.• Track engagement, analyze usage patterns, and contribute to continuous improvement of reconciliation solutionRequirements• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / CA with 1+ year of experience in AR/AP reconciliations• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.• Analytical, empathetic, and strong interest in automation in finance.• Experience with SaaS/ERP tools is a plus.What You’ll Get• Hands-on experience with cutting-edge, AI-driven finance automation in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment• Exposure to diverse industries by working closely with finance teams across multiple sectors• Direct mentorship from founders and a clear growth path toward senior roles in Customer Success, Product, or Finance Operations
