**Unlock a Challenging Opportunity as an Absence, OTL Techno-Functional Consultant with ADP Payroll Expertise**We are seeking a skilled consultant to configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).Knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM Cloud, is essential.Familiarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management, is also necessary.Hands-on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Reporting is required.Experience integrating ADP Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modules, is highly desirable.The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, both technical and functional, are also required. Additionally, Oracle Cloud Certifications, experience in global payroll, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and understanding of data security and compliance standards in HR systems are preferred qualities for this role.
