As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating top talent in the SAP and Microsoft domains.Key Responsibilities:SAP & Microsoft SourcingSource and evaluate candidates for SAP (SD, MM, FICO, PP, ABAP, BASIS, BTP, SuccessFactors, etc.) and Microsoft (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, M365, Business Apps, Technical Architects)Full-Cycle Recruitment ManagementOwn full-cycle recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, assessment, coordination, and offer rolloutMulti-Country CollaborationCoordinate with HODs in UAE, KSA, Egypt, and IndiaCandidate Experience & Employer BrandingRepresent the organization as a high-quality employer in the SAP and Microsoft domainRecruitment Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and monthly hiring dataRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience in IT recruitment (SAP domain preferred)Exposure to Microsoft tech hiring (D365, Azure, PowerApps, etc.) preferred or at least willingness to learn quicklyStrong track record hiring mid to senior-level candidatesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals, LinkedIn, tech communitiesAbility to operate independently in a remote environmentHighly organized, research-oriented, and proactiveComfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously (SAP + Microsoft)Confident in speaking with leadership roles & senior candidates
