Western Flute Instructor

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Western flute instructor to join our online music education platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Western classical flute techniques and be able to teach students globally.Responsibilities include conducting live online lessons, developing structured lesson plans, teaching essential flute skills, training students in music theory and rhythm accuracy, and preparing students for international graded music exams and performances.Conduct live online 1:1 and group flute lessons for students of various age groups and skill levels.Develop structured lesson plans aligned with our curriculum and individual student progress.Teach breathing techniques, tone production, articulation, finger agility, scales, études, sight-reading, and repertoire.Train students in music theory, ear training, and performance techniques.Prepare students for ABRSM, Trinity, and other international graded music exams, competitions, recitals, and ensemble performances.Eligibility Criteria:The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Western Classical Music (Flute) or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.Minimum 3 years of proven teaching experience in Western flute.Strong command over Western music theory, classical repertoire, études, scales, sight-reading, and performance techniques.Proficiency in English for conducting classes with students from diverse backgrounds.Technical Requirements:The ideal candidate should have:Stable high-speed internet for uninterrupted online sessions.Laptop/desktop with a good quality microphone and webcam.Why Join Us:Join us and enjoy the benefits of flexible working hours, connecting with motivated students worldwide, and opportunities for career growth within an internationally recognized institution.
