Job Title: GTM ConsultantThis is a unique opportunity to lead and support Oracle GTM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. As a seasoned professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting, you will analyze business requirements related to global trade compliance, classification, screening, and logistics processes.The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics. Additionally, experience configuring GTM modules such as RPS, Screening, Classification, Trade Compliance, Licenses, and Trade Agreements is highly valued.We are looking for an expert who can understand the complexities of international trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, HS Codes, ECCN) and has prior experience with GTM cloud implementations. Strong debugging, issue resolution, and business communication skills are essential.A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field is required. Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments is preferred. If you are passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Lead and support Oracle GTM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.Analyze business requirements related to global trade compliance, classification, screening, and logistics processes.Configure GTM modules including Product Classification, Restricted Party Screening (RPS), Trade Compliance Rules, License Management, Trade Agreements.Work closely with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle GTM functionalities.Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and provide end-user training.Troubleshoot GTM issues and provide functional/technical support.Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle teams (OTM, EBS, SCM, WMS).Support integration with third-party systems (e.g., customs authorities, logistics partners).Prepare functional documents (MD050, BR100), test scripts, and training materials.Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and process best practices.Required Skills:6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting.Strong domain knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics.Experience configuring GTM modules such as RPS, Screening, Classification, Trade Compliance, Licenses, and Trade Agreements.Understanding of Oracle OTM and its integration with GTM.Ability to analyze, design, and implement GTM-based solutions.Strong debugging, issue resolution, and business communication skills.Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred).Benefits:A competitive compensation package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.About Us:We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.
