Position Title: Apex Support Analyst Job Profile: Position details: Deliver and support Apex Tec services for trading platforms. Provide first and second-line support for Repo, SBL, and TRY desks. Participate in Apex BAU and Project teams activities. Investigate and resolve incidents promptly with the SLAs. Conduct code reviews and manage incident workflows. Analyze new project requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support for the Apex platform. Maintain platform stability and service continuity. Analyse business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Offer L1 and L2 support, including trader queries resolution. Ensure systems are up-to-date and aligned with BAU initiatives. Represent support in project discussions and testing. Validate and approve test results for BAU deliverables. Job Requirements: Proven technical support experience for Fixed Income desks in investment banking. Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially Apex. Strong background in business analysis and functional testing. Proficiency in C++ (essential). Familiarity with derivatives, Repo, and SBL products. Knowledge of Windows, SQL, and FIX protocol. Experience with STP solutions and trade flow processes. Understanding of Linux environments and network infrastructure (TCP/IP, LAN). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
