Key responsibilities include:Handling L3 technical escalationsDiagnosing and resolving hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and network issues promptlyDocumenting incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles in the ticketing systemPerforming proactive maintenance, patching, baseline hardening, and optimization of endpoints and core IT systemsContributing to IT projects and continuous process improvementsManaging network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNAPreparing and maintaining network architecture/topology diagrams and runbooksHaving knowledge of endpoint security tools such as Crowdstrike, Sentinel one, McafeeHaving knowledge of MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, Soti, JumpcloudHaving knowledge of workspace tools such as Google workspace, MicrosoftHaving knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD, Okta, JumpcloudQualifications and ExpertiseWe require:Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support, 3+ in a lead IC capacity across infra + SecurityStrong proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systemsDeep knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and VPN toolsExceptional troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectivelyCommitment to maintaining high standards of security and data integrityCertifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalentExperience with cloud-based technologies like Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Jamf Pro,Intune and Google Workspace
