Job Description:Key Tasks and Responsibilities ::Technical Recruiter having  experience in technical recruitment in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Refinery etc. industries in EPC Company, Engineering Consultancy Company on Project based requirement with good communication skill written and Verbal, negotiation Skill and well versed with MS Office. Handle bulk hiring and large scale project manpower mobilization.         • Monthly MIS report submission to managementKey account management by building & maintaining long term, healthy & fruitful business relation with clients by regular in person meeting with key person/ decision makers of the clients.Handle end to end recruitmentSupport to HOD (Site Services) in all aspects of business management including sourcing of business, client• presentations, contract negotiations, search of CVs, negotiations with candidates, back to back contracts with specialists, insurance and joining formalities,  billing and receivables management, maintaining database and records, coordinating with other functions of ESCC etc. Good Communication Skill, working Experience in EPC Company, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical Fertilizer Industries etc. Sourcing experience on Project Base Requirement, Sourcing Experience through PortalNotice Period : 15-20 days maximum 30 days.Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :Desired ProfileAny graduate with flair for contractual staffing. Post graduate qualifications in HR/ IRPM/ PersonnelAround 5-8 years of experience in Chemical / engineering companies. A person with techno commercial background will have added advantageNote : Preferably Male candidate.
