Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end video editing & production from ideation to final deliveryEdit short and long-form content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, Ads)Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.Develop creative storyboards and visual plansPlan, set up, and direct video shoots — including lighting, framing, camera workEditing with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and tone.Oversee post-production — editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphicsCollaborate with marketing, brand, and leadership teams to align videos with campaign and brand strategyMaintain and elevate brand consistency across all visual storytelling.Track performance of video content and continuously improve creative approach based on insights.Optimise videos for audience engagement and platform best practices.Stay current with editing trends, techniques, tools, and formats.What you are looking for3–5 years of experience in video editing & production/film makingStrong expertise — Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.Excellent storytelling, script-writing, and creative direction skillsIn-depth knowledge of framing, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows.Familiarity with text animation and motion graphics.Experience working across a variety of video formats — promotional, educational, documentary, social-firstAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.Portfolio/show reel showcasing a range of work and creative visionWhat we OfferBe a part of the fast-growing startup defining strategies for the growth of the company.Partner in building a global Ed-tech company that is going to impact hundreds of thousands of lives.Phenomenal work environment, with massive ownership and excellent growth opportunities.A young, dynamic, and passionate team.Diversity & Inclusion: An inclusive and diverse workplace that values and celebrates diverse perspectives.
