You will be required to be a hands on coder so expertise in technologies mentioned is a must have.Must-Have ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing Agentic, LLM, and NLP-based applications.Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.Strong knowledge of RAG-based models to enhance AI-driven search and retrieval systems.Experience deploying ML models in production environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions.Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and model optimization techniques.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Most importantly:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlinesCreate and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.Ability to join within 15 days Culture: Humility, teamwork, integrity, resilienc
