The firm is known for its collaborative culture, focus on innovation, and commitment to employee growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Manager PCS (Private Client Services) Tax professional to join our U.S. Tax practice. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of U.S. partnership and corporate taxation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.Role & responsibilitiesDeliver a full range of Partnership and Corporate (including S-Corp) tax services for PCS clients in compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.Manage and review tax compliance and advisory work for clients filing Form 1065, 1120S, and 1120.Review supporting work papers and schedules including K-1, K-2, K-3, State & Local, and International tax filings.Maintain and lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.Conduct research on technical tax issues and special projects.Identify tax issues and propose effective solutions.Collaborate closely with U.S. counterparts using modern digital tools and workflows.Mentor and train staff and senior associates on technical topics.Preferred candidate profileStrong understanding of U.S. Federal and State tax lawsHands-on experience with Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120Exposure to C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership taxationFamiliarity with GoSystem, CCH Axcess, OneSource, ProSystem FXExcellent analytical, review, and client management skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesExperience working with Private Client Service (PCS) clients preferredCertification: CPA / CA / Enrolled Agent required
