Project Coordinator Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our organization. This role involves managing tasks, handling client communication, overseeing timelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clients, conducting regular check-ins and maintaining professionalism through clear, timely communication.Task Management: Manage daily GMB & SEO workflows and internal tasks, assign tasks to team members, and ensure deadlines are met.SOPs and Performance Reports: Maintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reports, track deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentation.GMB & SEO Support Tasks:Update Google Business Profiles: Coordinate updates on Google Business Profiles, assist with keyword research, and manage GMB posting schedules and review responses.Ensure Accuracy: Review deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clients and ensure work follows Google's guidelines and best practices.Requirements and Qualifications6 months - 1 year of experience in digital marketing / SEO / GMB / project coordination.Mandatory: Experience dealing with US or Canada-based clients.Strong communication and follow-up skills.
