Your expertise will bring stories to life with movement, rhythm, and visual energy.Your Key Responsibilities:Create motion graphics, animated assets, reels, and short-form visuals that captivate audiencesDevelop motion design systems, brand identities, campaign elements, social content, and presentations that effectively communicate messagesCollaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams on integrated projects to ensure seamless executionTranslate static designs into dynamic, engaging motion pieces that showcase your creative visionExecute edits, transitions, typography animation, and micro-animations that enhance the overall viewing experienceBring concepts to life with strong timing, pacing, and storytelling sense that resonates with viewersManage multiple motion projects with clean organisation, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional qualityExplore trends, experiment with new techniques, and push creative boundaries to stay ahead of the curveRequirements:Strong motion design skills across After Effects / Premier Pro / similar toolsSolid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, movement) that underpin effective storytellingAbility to build static visuals and then turn them into compelling motion narratives that engage audiencesFast learner, proactive, and comfortable with creative challenges that require innovative solutionsAbility to work across multiple briefs and timelines, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlinesCuriosity about branding, marketing, product storytelling, and UX, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trendsStrong communication skills and openness to feedback that fosters collaboration and growthComfortable using AI-assisted motion or AI design tools (a bonus) to streamline workflows and enhance creativityKnowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus, as is working knowledge of Cavalry and RiveFamiliarity with video compression and optimization for web and mobile platforms ensures seamless deliveryDetail-oriented with a focus on ensuring high-quality video outputs, good design sense, typography, layout, compositionExperience in branding, digital design, or related industries is a plus, but not essentialPortfolio Requirements:A showreel (1–2 minutes)Motion/animation samples that demonstrate your expertiseBrand motion or content motion work (if available) that showcases your ability to create engaging visuals
