We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who understands both strategy + execution. Someone who has actually worked with agencies and brand clients. Knows how to think in campaigns, and can manage end-to-end delivery.What You’ll DoCreate content strategies and monthly calendars for multiple brandsCoordinate with designers/video editors to get creatives executedHandle client communication, feedback, and approvalsTrack performance & share insights to improve content directionStay updated with internet-first trends and platform behaviorBuild brand presence, not just feedsWhat We’re Looking For1-3 years of agency experienceHas managed multiple brand accounts independentlyStrong understanding of branding & content positioningComfortable handling clients directlyAble to brief and guide a creative teamStrong grammar, storytelling & content sense (English + Hindi preferred)Tools/SkillsUnderstanding of Social Media growth formats and platformsTrend mapping, hooks, positioningCanva / Notion / Meta Business Suite (basic level)Bonus: basic knowledge of performance adsWork StyleFull-timeRemotePerformance & responsibility-based growth
