Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant – Public Cloud Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune, Work from Office Certification: SAP Public Cloud Certification (Mandatory)


Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in SAP Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes and experience with SAP Public Cloud capabilities, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO implementations in SAP Public Cloud projects.

• Configure FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting).

• Configure CO submodules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) for seamless integration.

• Conduct business process workshops, gather requirements, and provide end-to-end solutions.

• Perform system configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory Certification: SAP Public Cloud Certification.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.

• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

• Expertise in SAP Public Cloud functionalities, FIORI apps, and reporting tools.

• Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and project delivery

• Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and propose technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication, client interaction, and presentation skills. Preferred:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance and SAP BPC.

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Group Reporting.

• Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP standards.

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
