About the Role

We are hiring Application Support Analysts (multiple positions). We are a fast-growing AI product company. This is a tech-functional role, ideal for professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, working with APIs, and keeping systems stable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support live web applications and backend systems
  • Respond to technical issues from users and internal teams
  • Investigate bugs using API tools and system logs
  • Document issues, fixes, and known resolutions
  • Coordinate with developers and QA for escalations
  • Conduct data validations and basic API testing

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in application or technical support
  • Strong skills with tools like Postman, SQL, and JIRA
  • Good understanding of web applications and backend interactions
  • Clear communication and structured problem-solving approach

Good to Have

  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Shell)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and system monitoring
