Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistOur ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. This includes ensuring cloud environments adhere to best practices for security, operations and networking.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Engineering: Design, implement and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine and Cloud Storage.Data Engineering & Modeling: Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using DBT and Python. Ensure performance, cost efficiency, data quality and reliability in all data transformations.DataOps, SRE & Platform Engineering Responsibilities: Automate deployment, configuration and resource management across GCP services to improve platform reliability, scalability and operational efficiency. Implement end-to-end monitoring, logging and alerting systems to ensure high availability.DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD processes for data pipelines and cloud workflows using Terraform and Ansible. Drive automation-first practices to improve cloud deployment reliability and reduce manual operational tasks.Networking & Security: Collaborate with the team to design and implement secure, scalable networking solutions within the cloud environment.Required Skills & Experience:Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including expertise in DBT, Python and SQL for data transformation, ingestion and analytics.Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling and performance optimization. Background in DataOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or DevOps.Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills with ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
