Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional who can drive Machine Learning models for our demand planning and forecasting processes across multiple regions.The ideal candidate will combine strong data science capabilities with effective communication skills to deliver excellence in quality of models working in cross-functional global teams.Build and improve ML data models for demand planning and forecasting globally, ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach within 2 main platforms we use today (SAP IBP and o9).Understand and capture multi-regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions.Provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and optimize inventory planning as well as drive adoption and process maturity.Establish and monitor KPIs for forecasting performance, ensuring continuous improvement.Collaborate with regional teams to standardize forecasting, and promote best practices.Required Skills and QualificationsData analysis, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling expertise is required.
