ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions, and Inspection Check Sheets.Lead structured problem-solving efforts using 8DDrive root cause analysis and monitor implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Define and manage First Article Inspection (FAI) and Final Product Inspection protocols.Develop and maintain Quality Reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Defect Pareto Analysis.Work with suppliers to address component quality problems and lead incoming inspection improvements.Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.Train operators and junior engineers on quality procedures and best practices.Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma)QualificationsStrong experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSAExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldExperience in automotive manufacturing is highly desirableFamiliarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
