Financial Analyst PositionWe are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services group, you will be responsible for providing critical financial analysis and advice to clients on acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses.Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businessesIdentify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities while advising both strategic and private equity buyers & sellers on alternative strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businessesAggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerationsWork on multiple projects of varying size and complexityYou will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.RequirementsCA or CPA(US) certifications with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, preferably involving financial due diligenceExceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients including C-level executivesStrong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP, familiarity of the M&A process and marketStrong project management capabilitiesAbility to flourish and be effective in fast-paced settingsFlexibility to work as a team member and as a single contributorProficiency in Microsoft SuiteIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
