Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and customers to define business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to capture detailed business processes. Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven optimization. 2. Documentation & Communication Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and other requirement documents. Create use-case documentation and feature specifications for development teams. Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. 3. Data & Process Analysis Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. Evaluate the feasibility of AI and automation solutions for business problems. Work with data engineers, ML teams, and product owners to refine solution design. 4. Project Coordination Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution. 5. Stakeholder Management Serve as a point of contact between business users and technical teams. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies proactively. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Required Skills Technical & Analytical Skills Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and SDLC/Agile methodologies. Experience working on AI, automation, data analytics, or enterprise digital products (good to have). Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau (any). Ability to interpret data and generate insights. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High ownership mentality and attention to detail. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA, etc.) is a plus.
