At LWYD Interactive, we believe in always asking "what if?", accepting great ideas from any source, and striving to learn and improve every day.Role & Responsibilities:The candidate will be responsible for all accounts payable activities, accounts receivable, including but not limited to:Lead, guide, and review work of junior accountants, assign tasks and ensure timelines are met, support team development and process improvements.Should have experience in managing all aspects of accounts payable & accounts receivable activities.Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.Oversee client billing and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with account managers.Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.Support financial audits, both internal and external.Should involve coordinating with vendors or suppliers regarding purchase orders, invoices, and payments.Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and payments, ensuring proper bookkeeping practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field (commerce background preferred).5–6 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong understanding of different types of accounting records, including journals, ledgers, trial balances, and profit and loss statements.Strong understanding of labor laws and accounting principles.Proficient in using accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.
