Nations Leading Airlines Company is looking for a Team Lead - Operations Analytics to:

  • Lead the team of analysts who are responsible for performing detailed post-event analyses, highlighting operational deviations including Block Time Analysis, and providing valuable performance evaluations.
    • Analyze operational data to identify patterns, improve processes and enhance overall planning effectiveness.
      • Performing what if and predictive analysis for OTP and OTT
        • Conduct seasonal & Ad hoc Block time analysis for FSC and LCC and provide optimal Block time recommendations for group airlines.
          • Develop contingency plans to address operational disruptions and manage special projects like Fog Care and Spare Policy.
            • Centralization of Planning reports. Explore and implement process enhancements and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
              • Analyze historical operational data to recommend effective flight schedule to optimize the network.
                • Conduct thorough analysis of operational data to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and on-time performance.
                  • Provide feedback to NWP in case of block time deviation.
                    • Provide analysis reports and insights for various management initiatives, including Current Operational Planning(COP1, COP2), Operational Planning Parameters (OPP), and the OTP Task Force.
                      • Forecast impact of factors on OTT/OTP performance using predictive analysis techniques
