Job Description:As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in driving clinical application and operation training for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional, high-quality application training and support to customers for advanced medical imaging systems.Your success will be measured by your ability to develop and execute effective clinical application training plans, identify and resolve customer clinical problems in a timely manner, and establish long-term relationships with customers.You will be responsible for collecting customer feedback and excellent clinical images/cases, summarizing them to support product sales and new product research. Additionally, you will assist in establishing regional expert resources, maintaining expert relations, and supporting customers to carry out clinical scientific research.Moreover, you will establish and maintain reference hospitals in the responsible region, receive visits from reference hospitals, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales targets and business growth by providing pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support, and assisting in organizing various promotions and exhibitions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or related field;5+ years' experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry, or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field, familiar with MR products, technology, and operation knowledge;Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, good customer service awareness;Strong teamwork ability, enjoying working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction;Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business travel;Experience in other manufacturers is a plus.Benefits:This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and personally in a dynamic and supportive environment.
