Backend Developer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Backend Developer. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals on exciting and impactful projects.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems using industry-standard technologies such as Python, Ruby on Rails, Redis, Postgres, and Cassandra. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software, particularly backend and databases. You will also manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as contribute to the growth of the company through interviewing, onboarding, or other recruitment efforts.To be successful in this role, you will require a BA/BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including Redis, Postgres, and Cassandra, is essential, as is fluency in Python and Ruby on Rails.
