Job Title: Manager - TalentDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: JaipurThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as astrategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with businessgoals. The role involves driving Employee Engagement, Performance management, Talentdevelopment, organizational effectiveness, and change management within theassigned business unit.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for HR -related matters for assigned Business units.Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.Provide guidance and support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.Responsible for Talent acquisition ensuring timely hiring to meet the Manpower Budget.Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires within the business units.Act as a custodian of company culture and corevalues, advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to ensurecompliance and consistency.Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning,and employee development programs.Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment. Promote employee engagement by supporting culture, recognition, and retention programs.Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop solutions and action plans that address business needs.Facilitate HR projects and initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion efforts, or change management.Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) such as compensation, benefits, and learning & development to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. Qualifications & Skills:MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.8–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in asimilar HR Generalist role.Solid knowledge of HR best practices and labourlaws.Experience with HRIS systems and data -driven HRdecision -making.Excellent interpersonal, communication andstakeholder management skills.Problem -solving mindset and ability to managemultiple priorities.Ability to build relationships and drive changeinitiatives.
