Qualifications
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
- Training and Development expertise
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Must have worked in a company with more than 100 employees.
Must have knowledge of recruitment platforms and job postings and screenings.
Can get in touch with colleges across India for trainees and freshers.
