Financial Planning and Analysis ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Finance and Accounts Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial goals and objectives.About the Role:Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities:Review of General Ledger and Trial Balance with schedules.Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow at project, company & group level.Intercompany & inter-branch reconciliation.Finalization of accounts and audit handling (Statutory/Tax/Internal).Financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting.Coordination with internal teams for reports and audits.Desirable Skills:Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.Knowledge of IND-AS / GAAP / taxation.Excellent communication & analytical skills.How to Apply:Please submit your updated resume to [email address].
