Lead Mortgage Underwriter - Achieve Excellence in Customer Service and Team LeadershipIn this challenging role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of associates to meet all service level agreements (SLAs) in the mortgage underwriting area. You will maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, coordinate activities with the manager, provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements, and resolve complex escalated queries and complaints.About This Role:The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in US residential mortgage underwriting, with knowledge of the US mortgage industry. They will possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) to understand and communicate effectively with vendors and clients.
