Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Accounts officer
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with strong proficiency in Tally and a solid understanding of GST regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure compliance with GST requirements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Operations:Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate data entry in Tally.Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.GST Compliance:Prepare GST returns accurately and on timeGeneration of E-waybill and E-invoiceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and ensure compliance.Assist with GST audits and address any discrepancies.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and handle vendor payments.Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure timely collections.Financial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Generate and review financial reports using Tally and Excel.Record Keeping:Maintain organized and accurate financial records.Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.Internal Controls:Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.Communication and Coordination:Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.Provide support to the finance team and assist with special projects as needed.Fees collection and follow up.
Salary:2.5L-3L per annum
